Horticulturist

Hugh’s deep-rooted love for horticulture began on his family farm in Laurens, South Carolina. His passion led him to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Ornamental Horticulture from Clemson University. During which, he worked for Roses Unlimited, a nursery specializing in growing own-root roses and maintaining a collection of rare and historic varieties. Following college, Hugh completed formal floral design training at Hixon’s School of Floral Design in Lakewood, Ohio.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Hugh finds joy in cultivating his own garden at the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany in Laurens, South Carolina. His passion for horticulture extends to his active involvement in organizations such as the Southern Garden History Society, the Georgia Perennial Plant Association, the Atlanta Botanical Garden and the Sons of the American Revolution.
When not immersed in the world of gardening, Hugh indulges his love for exploration through travel and treasure hunting in second-hand bookshops.

Landscape Designer + Project Manager

Growing up in Charleston, South Carolina, Blair developed a deep appreciation for the beauty of the landscape. Her father, a renowned landscape architect, inspired her lifelong passion for design. With a Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture from Clemson University, Blair brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to her role at Gardens to Love.
Her expertise in crafting stunning outdoor spaces, combined with her keen eye for detail, makes her an invaluable asset to our team. From her hand drawings and renderings to her client communitation and project management, Blair's dedication to her craft is evident in every project she undertakes.
Blair enjoys her memberships in the Planters Garden Club, ICAA and the Atlanta Botanical Garden. In her free time, she can be found outdoors with her husband and Cockapoo, Teddy, in Garden Hills.

Operations Manager

A lifelong Atlanta resident, Tyler brings a deep understanding of the local landscape and a wealth of experience to his role at Gardens to Love. His expertise in managing installation crews and overseeing project logistics ensures seamless execution for our clients. When he's not hard at work, Tyler enjoys spending quality time outdoors with his wife and pursuing his hobbies of golf and fishing.

Irrigation + Lighting Specialist
Austin's expertise in irrigation and lighting systems is instrumental to the success of our projects. His dedication to ensuring optimal performance and efficiency is evident in every installation. When not focused on creating stunning outdoor spaces, Austin enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their four children outdoors.

Office Manager + Client Communications

Alyza brings a wealth of financial expertise to Gardens to Love, thanks to her Bachelor's degree in Accounting and over 20 years of experience. Her previous role in a fast-paced medical office has also contributed her strong passion for helping people and performing as a team player.
The gardens were calling Alyza's name, so she joined our team, where she combined her love for nature with her clerical skills. Outside of work, Alyza enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and staying active on the tennis court.

Maintenance Manager

A lifelong passion for the outdoors has shaped Justin's career. Growing up in a family-owned landscaping business in Sarasota, Florida, he honed his green thumb from a young age before graduating from Florida State University with a Humanities degree.
Justin's unique blend of horticultural knowledge and artistic sensibility is evident in every project he undertakes. His impressive resume includes the installation of over 35 museum exhibits, demonstrating his admiration for beauty on a canvas and in the garden.

Quality Control Manager

With over eight years of experience in the landscaping industry, Mike is a versatile and dedicated member of our team. Joining Gardens to Love five years ago, he quickly became an invaluable asset with his expertise in turf management and chemical applications. As our Quality Control Manager, Mike ensures that every project meets our high standards of excellence.
Impossible to miss due to his six-foot-ten stature, Mike now identifies turf diseases and ensures our maintenance clients are receiving white glove treatment. In his free time, Mike enjoys relaxing with his cat or in the gym.
